Preliminary Information Required for Machine Model Quotation
To enable us to accurately estimate the cost and production time for your machine model, please kindly provide the following preliminary information:
1. General Photos of the Machine
Photographs of the actual machine to be made as a model, with the entire machine visible within the frame.
Views required: Front, Side, Rear, and Isometric / Perspective view
Note: Detailed photos and other information will be collected on-site again after the project is confirmed.

2. Preliminary Drawings for Quotation
Files in DWG, PDF, or even a sketch are acceptableViews required: Front, Top, and Side views to show the overall image and approximate size of the model This is for preliminary quotation purposes only

3. 3D Files (If Available)

e.g., .STEP, .STP, .IGES, .SolidWorks, .Inventor files Having 3D files will make 3D modeling for model production much faster and more accurate The complete 3D modeling for model production will be done after the quotation is approved

4. Scale

Please specify in one of the following two ways: Option 1: Specify the scale ratio, e.g., 1:10, 1:20, 1:50 Option 2: Specify the desired overall length of the model, e.g., total length 100 cm, 150 cm.

5. Movement Requirement
Does the model require any movement? e.g., conveyor belt moving, robotic arm moving, indicator lights This information is essential for designing the mechanism and electrical system to be as concealed as possible

6. Required Delivery Date
To plan the model production to meet your deadline Our Standard Workflow After Receiving All Information To ensure quality, our company follows a standard 9-step process:

6.1 Collect data, photos, drawings, and all machine details
6.2 Create an overall 3D drawing of the machine model for approval
6.3 Create separate 3D drawing files for each component of the model
6.4 Fabricate all components of the model
6.5 Assemble all components of the model (trial assembly)
6.6 Finishing work on all components
6.7 Paint the model by separating components according to the specified colors
6.8 Assemble the model onto the model base / stand
6.9 Final detailing and QC inspection of the overall model before delivery
